heyyy, just a few tips for weightloss: - it's best if you do the workouts in the morning, so that your metabolism works faster early in the morning, and every meal you take in is digested easily and effectively. - if you do these workouts so late, you won't be able to get a good night's sleep! if you're trying to lose weight, you NEED to make sure you're having enough sleep! - to speed up the process, drink teas, and have lots of protein (eggs, avocado, etc)!

as someone who is into fitness for quite a while, please do your exercices until failure, dont count the reps, you should be in 7-25 reps for muscle growth, if you can't go to failure in 25 reps up the weight, don't make a plan where you always lift something 20 times. you shouldnt care about how much you lift or how many reps you do, as long as you are doing 7-25 reps until failure you will see way more results

I havent done it cause I dont have the equipment. But you should bulk and cut. It helps your booty get juicy. You bulk and weightlifting for 3 months and cut and do cardio for 1 month. You can switch that around

Don’t mean this to be negative, but I did volleyball for quite a few years. Be careful when you squat, don’t let your knees bend over your shins. You want that to be completely up right. This will save you from so much pain later!! Love you, SO PROUD AG

What you said about chunking I feel is right - doing more of the exercise is working your muscle more therefore breaking it up more so it can grow .. and you get breaks

i wish my joints were strong enough so i could workout. i tried but i was in agonizing pain because alot of workouts are laying down or on all fours and if i do any of that i can't get back up and am in pain.

@Haley Pham Wait your lungs get immune to it????!! THAT'S why mine stopped working!!!!! What do you do when your lungs are immune?????? Because nothing works for me anymore, so I essentially can't do cardio anymore because I can't breathe, also... power through it? When I power through it I essentially just ignore it until I literally HAVE to stop because it's so painful and I'm gonna pass out from lack of oxygen. There's a way to power through it???

Today was my first day doing the Alexis Ren ab workout and it was SO hard. I barely made it though one round because I didn’t know how to do some of the exercises, but I tried really hard. I went for a walk instead of finishing the workout like I do at least 5 days a week and I’m gonna try again tomorrow. I’m not doing this to lose weight and although I would love to get a flatter stomach, I’m just trying to do it for ME!💋❤️ thanks for the motivation Haley😊
